eq. to Elemental Calcium  500 mg , Vitamin D(as D3 400 IU)   10µg(mcg)

1.  Drop a tablet in 200 ml of water.
2.  Wait till the effervescent tablet dissolves completely.(-2 min.)Stirring not required.
